Introducing the First IEII Cohort: The Builders Shaping Intuition's Future
The Intuition Ecosystem Instantiation Initiative has selected its inaugural cohort — and the future of the ecosystem starts here.
When we launched the Intuition Ecosystem Instantiation Initiative in November, we made a commitment: we wouldn't repeat the mistakes of other grant programs. No large sums without accountability. No short-term incentives that lead to abandoned projects. No funding ideas into existence and hoping something sticks.
Instead, we set out to find builders with conviction — people ready to create the primitives, tools, and applications that will define the trust layer for AI and data.
Over seven days, proposals poured in. The community showed up. And now, after careful review, we're proud to announce the first cohort of projects joining the Intuition ecosystem.
We don't think of these teams as just grant recipients. They're partners. Co-owners. The inaugural class of builders who will set the precedent for everyone who comes after.
What This Cohort Receives
Being selected for IEII means more than funding. Each project in this cohort gains:
- A share of 100k USDT Funding — direct financial support to turn ideas into reality
- Network Access — direct connection to the Builder's Guild, other cohort teams, and Core Contributors

Debate Market brings formal debate mechanisms on-chain, enabling communities to evaluate and connect claims within a token-curated reasoning graph, so arguments can accumulate instead of being endlessly repeated. Arguments become persistent, weighted units, making consensus visible, navigable, and composable across discussions.
IntuRank
The Reputation Intelligence Layer for Decentralized Trust.
IntuRank quantifies identity and surfaces actionable credibility metrics by analyzing signal patterns across Intuition's knowledge graph. It provides the production-grade terminal protocols and applications need to arbitrage truth and integrate verifiable reputation into their core workflows.
Sofia
Your AI research companion, grounded in verified knowledge.
Sofia leverages Intuition's trust layer to build an AI assistant that doesn't just generate answers — it retrieves and cites information backed by community-verified attestations. Research with receipts.
Nexura
Decentralized content curation for the attention economy.
Nexura is the quest and campaign layer of the Intuition ecosystem — also known as the Engagement Engine. It is where participation, exploration, and contribution come together, connecting users, builders, and explorers.
AgentID
Portable identity for AI agents.
AgentID builds the identity layer for autonomous agents operating across the Intuition ecosystem. Agents get verifiable credentials, trackable history, and reputation that travels with them — making human-agent collaboration safer and more transparent.
TrustNomiks
Economic modeling for the trust layer.
TrustNomiks explores the intersection of token economics and trust mechanics. By modeling incentive structures and signal dynamics, it helps optimize how value flows through Intuition's knowledge graph.
IntuitionMCP
Model Context Protocol integration for AI workflows.
IntuitionMCP extends Intuition's reach into AI development environments. By building MCP server integrations, it lets AI assistants read from and write to the knowledge graph natively — bridging the gap between human knowledge and machine context.
Hive Mind
Collective intelligence infrastructure.
Hive Mind brings the Intuition knowledge graph right into users' browsing environment. With a MetaMask Snap, trust explorer dapp, and an in-development browser extension, Hive Mind provides useful insights and empowers users to easily make claims.
TNS (Trust Name Service)
Human-readable naming for the knowledge graph.
TNS brings ENS-style naming to Intuition. Instead of raw addresses and hashes, users and applications get human-readable identifiers — making the knowledge graph more navigable and the ecosystem more accessible.
The Builder's Guild: Where It All Comes Together
None of this happens in isolation. The Builder's Guild — led by community contributors Zet and Saulo — is the connective tissue of Intuition's builder culture. It's where these cohort projects collaborate, cross-pollinate ideas, share resources, and accelerate together through weekly sessions and workshops.
But building a product is only half the equation. The Community Guild — led by Woods — ensures these projects have the support they need to find users and grow. Through programs like Cult-as-a-Service, feedback cycles, and coordinated community events, the Community Guild helps builders turn great products into thriving applications with engaged user bases.
The Guilds aren't top-down programs. They're communities of practice. Builders helping builders. Contributors rallying behind projects they believe in. As of today, these nine projects are at the center of it.
The Intuition Accelerator: Weekly Sessions
This isn't a passive grants program. It's a hands-on accelerator.
Every Friday, cohort teams join a public session on Discord:
Demo Time (30 min) — each team gets a few minutes to show what they shipped that week. Progress is visible. Accountability is built in.
Weekly Workshop — structured curriculum covering everything founders need to build sustainable, network-driven ventures:
